i worked for this mother f***er for three weeks and after i quit because i saw too many funny or not legal things with others ex employees. Then he put an trasspasing order to me that way i dont get access to claim my pay checks for those three weeks that i bost my a** working for him . he just trying to find any excuse in the book to dont pay me. went he pay me after a month by mail all the checks bounce and i lost my money, he didnt answer my phone calls, this f***ing a**hole always send the secretary to contact me because hes not a man to talk to me in my face, because he knows whats hes going to do. sirus you need the money more than i do , just stick in your a*s mother f****** please dont work or hire this f****** company , hes going to give you a bad estimate and then went you sign his bulls**t contract , hes going to over charge you for something else or tell the electrician to mest up something or lie for him ,that way he can charge something else. f**k you sirus g.

I have been working for the company for about 8 months, all above comments are completely fabrication. I have worked very hard so the management specially Mr Sirus has been there for me. I have been paid promptly and never had any problem with my pay, however this company , unlike many others that I have worked for , stand against Drug Users, Thieves. I have seen first hand how many workers get fired or terminated simply because they steal so they get cut. Management will treat these people who are thieves like a s*** and they don't give them second chance. Mr Sirous is honest but very straight forward. Company stand behind their good workers and they protect their customers. They treat me right because I work hard and I am honest and I don't blame them to go after these crooks. These negetive comments are false report. Company treat me with respect and I do the same. As you can clearly notice all these compaints are done by one or two individuals who don't have any better things to do.....

The employee who left the review about Sirous not paying him is 100 percent accurate. I don't care if you want to bash him and call him a drug user. That doesn't take away from the legitimacy of his claims. Sirous, you are the biggest crook and thief there is. Stop defending yourself! You cannot even speak in proper English or write without any grammar mistakes. You are the most arrogrant, narcissitic crook and you lack empathy for the people you steal from! f**k you!
You screw people over any chance you get. you bounce checks on purpose and you deserve the karma that you're going to get! You've been sued by people so many times, stop defending yourself. You lack integrity and morals. You mother******!

The discrental employee that left such false report and bash Lightning Electric of central FL is known drug user and thief which he was cut stealing by management as a result he was removed from premises by Police.
Company gave him several chances up to the point he was cut removing many parts from company warehouse and furthermore he was investigated by his ex-girlfriend parents for domestic violance and sexual assualt against his ex-girlfriend.
If you notice the same person file 3 different report against company under 3 different name at different times.
This individual have addiction problem and he is out of control. Do not believe a word this looser tells you!
