Lillian Vernon, Lillian Vernon Rewards, Encore Marketing Repeatedly made unauthorized charges to my credit card Internet

Lillian Vernon Rewards has charged my credit card repeatedly for 14 months.

I purchased a gift for my Grand children and just found out that I have been charged $ 14.95 per month for over 14 months.  My original purchase was about $ 100.00 - so far I have paid almost $ 200.00 in fees that I did not knowingly agree to.

I called after realizing that my account had been charged on a regular basis - $ 14.95 per month.  The willing credited me back for the  last 2 months, and I am waiting to hear if they will issue the additional credit.

I had  always thought that Lillian Vernon was a reputable company and I had no qualms about making an on line purchase from them.  I'm waiting for a response and if they refund the rediculous membership charge then I would consider doing business with them in the future.
