DON'T buy from Lily's Perfume in the Fashion Square mall in Olrando Fl. BUYER BEWARE! I love the perfume Flower Bomb by Viktor & Rolf. My husband knows this so he went to buy a bottle for me. When he comes home with it I was so happy I opened the box and surprise it's a FAKE! I can tell immediatley I know what this perfume looks like and smells like and this was not it. Not being okay with spending $100 for a fake perfume we immediatley take it back to the store where he bought it from which is Lilys perfume at the fashion square mall in Orlando Florida. The manager was very rude about our allegations and refused to refund us because we had opened the box how would we have know otherwise unless we open the box! Needless to say we were scammed out of $100!

this customers husband came to lily's perfumes to buy two expensive perfumes flower bomb and spice bomb claiming his wife never used it before. two days after came back with the perfumes without plastic to return them because his wife didn't like it. and came with a very bad attitude
we gladly exchange and sometimes return perfume in good resalable conditions to customers. unfortunately an expensive perfume is not resalable without plastic and ripped from the sides like they brought it in.
we try to keep customers satisfied and we have been in business for 15 years with many loyal and local customers. fortunately enough only few regular complains
also, very important that this customer should be aware that is illegal to say that a business sells fake merchandise without having proof and that further action could be taking against them.
you cant bad mouth a business and lie about their products just because you didn't get your money back.
