Limewire states that they offer technical support when you purchase their "pro" version. That was the ONLY reason I ever purchased it! I submitted request after request for support on their "email form" (they don't even give you an email address to request support from), and I would receive a confirmation, saying I should hear from them soon. I NEVER received a single response from their "so called" support team! What's worse? The outsourcing that Dell and all the other computer companies do, or to have NO support at ALL when you ask for it? Even Dell PRETENDS to offer something! This is an outright lie and an outrage!
I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card, but they wanted a written letter of confirmation from a competetitor of Limewire, on letterhead, stating that they didn't provide the service I paid for. Where am I supposed to get that??? I downloaded the program, but it didn't provide anything that the FREE version provided! I paid for NOTHING!!! It's nothing but a SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM LIMEWIRE PRO!!!

I have used Limewire Pro from time to time. I don't know about their tech support because I've never had a need to contact their tech support.
What specific problem are you having that they so far have not resolved?
