I was trying to purchase limewire and had to provide a credit card in order to get the service downloaded but during the process for some reason I was charged but never was able to get the service downloaded to my computer. I have searched everywhere to try and get in contact with them but have had no luck. When I tryed to get support on there internet cite I was unable to even log on due to the fact that my boyfriends email address did not match anything in there system. They have no phone number to be contacted with so here I am without no limewire and being charged 34.95 for something I never was able to download. I don't want my money back I just want to get my service I paided for.
