Lincoln Financial is a horrible company.  I will be filing complaints w BBB and any other media I may find.  I've worked at my job for 12 years, during the past year, in Aug., I filed a long term disability claim.  Now it is almost March and i still do not have a cent.  My doctors have supported my disability, but Lincoln does not want to pay me my retroactive pay, so they are looking for any and all loopholes they can find.  They find a loophole, I provide needed info to correct it, they find another loophole.  It is STILL going on!  Even my doctors said the forms my adjuster sent them were mis-leading and "tricky". 

The adjuster is horrid.  She obviously hates her job.  I have had to call her supervisor, several times, just to make this person respond!  Then when the adjuster calls, she has to tell me she knows I contacted her supervisor, as though she is trying to intimidate me.

Save yourself money and grief.  Do not buy their long term disabliity insurance.  put your money in the bank.  I am now bankrupt, with two kids and on food stamps just to survive. Thanks Lincoln Financial.
