I purchased a puppy from Linda for breeding purposes with full registration. I am an inexperienced breeder and trusted Linda's guarantee which states: "Puppy that is sold as a pet with limited AKC registration is sold with the agreement that the puppy will be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. If puppy is sold with Full registration (breeding rights) and buyers veterinarian feels that the dog is not breedable or not breeding quality, the breeder shall return the additional amount paid for breeding rights ($1000.00) to buyer. Buyer shall provide written documentation from veterinarian."
I provided the written documentation from my vet via email. I have had the dog spayed because she said in an email that she wanted "proof of spay". I felt it was reasonable to have her spayed. She will not discuss this any longer.
Her guarantee is not worth the paper that it is printed on. She is not reliable and her "word" (guarantee) is not to be trusted.
