The following Notice of Rights to everyone who visits my web site spells out the guidelines by which I have always administered my web site.  I have stated time and time again these admonitions to every visitor.
 
This notice is now displayed at the very top of my front page. 
 


NOTICE OF RIGHTS TO EVERY VISITOR TO MY WEB SITE
This web site is provided absolutely for FREE of any charges to everyone.  There are no charges whatsoever associated with this site: No fees, no registration, no membership requirement, no tracking, no advertisements of anything for sale, and absolutely NOTHING for sale in the past, the present, nor will there be in the future. 
This web site is for information only about the TRUTH that Elvis Presley is alive and I have been in contact with him for the past 19 years.  My admonishment to everyone who visits my site is to digest what I am writing and documenting for yourself and make up your own mind whether you believe it or not.  If you do not believe my material, please just go your way and don't come back to look at it any more. 
I have never deprived anyone of anything by maintaining this site...except their time which is of their own choosing.  That's why there is a place on the Internet browser to go back where you came from or to enter a new web address to go to next.
EVERYTHING ON MY SITE IS THE TRUTH...PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
THERE WILL NEVER BE ONE CENT MADE OFF OF THIS SITE NOR MY FRIENDSHIIP WITH ELVIS/JESSE PRESLEY.

Please take note that this woman has filed 5 complaints against me, my web site and my web site host server in a short span of time. Each of her complaints is based more or less on the same topics. Therefore I have prepared the following rebuttal which I shall post on several of these complaints.


I am Linda Hood Sigmon the lady about whom Audrey Robbins filed this complaint. This statement by her is absurd as she has gone on the Internet for at least two years writing all sorts of harsh and attacking statements about me. I have many of these saved and will produce them in legal action if she continues to file these false claims against me on this site.

I have removed from my site her full name associated with her city and state to the very best of my knowledge and will gladly remove any remaining if she points them out. I have left my refutes to her false accusations and misrepresentations about me. However, now only the two pseudonyms which she herself has posted on the Topix Forum and other boards along with her city and state displayed now remain on my site. I do still have her two initials in some places where he name was removed for the sake of continuity in my statements.

I have a web site which is FREE to one and all. I charge NO FEES, there is NO REGISTRATION, there are NO MEMBERSHIPS, NO TRACKING...NOTHING but the truth for FREE. I am certainly not "ripping anyone off". I make it perfectly clear on my site that if the visitors don't like my site and don't enjoy my truthful material to please just don't visit again.

I PAY for my site totally out of my own pocket. I have absolutely nothing for sale on my site nor any where else.

People like Audrey Robbins come on there just in order that they can scurry back to the FREE message boards, forums, blogs etc and spread all sorts of critical and hurtful attacks upon me while taking things out of context and presenting only enough to fuel their hurtful comments.

I do attempt to invite new visitors to my site and for doing so, Audrey Robbins and others on two Topix threads have attempted to discredit me and rip the material on my site to shreds.

I understand that this site is supposed to be a site on which consumers can report shabby workmanship, poor service, dishonest trade transactions, frauds and cons seeking money from people. I do not believe that it is meant to be a site on which one may just post lies about one individual with whom one disagrees...as Ms. Robbins has done to me multiple times now. She has filed 4 complaints on this site regarding me and my web site and my web site server...within a matter of a few days. Which shows how unreasonably obsessed she is with her hatred toward me.

Below is the link to my site for anyone who wishes to see that about which Audrey Robbins is so overwrought. She would have never even been mentioned on my site if she had not begun attacking me on the Topix threads for the last month or so. She began her attacks upon me simply because I responded to a question, told some of the history of myself and my site and invited people to visit to check my site out for themselves.

This complaint by her is ludicrous and in fact is defamation and slander. I have witnesses who will attest to the fact that she has absolutely fabricated what she wrote in this complaint. People to whom she has verbally spoken about me, people who have witnessed her repeated attacks upon me for several years on the Internet as well as people who have Emails from her about me.

Audrey Robbins is what is known as an "Internet Bully" in the strictest sense of the term. I have not written one word about her on my site except in response to the accusations and misrepresentations which she has posted about me.

This complaint based on out-and-out lies is grounds for a defamation law suit within itself.

I've never had much to do with Monroe after he started "attacking" myself and others on websites. ?Sending me emails etc. I did in fact send some emails from him to the FBI in K.C.

I don't respond to his posts, on Topix....except to tell him he knowes we never got along.



#4.) "I guess if anything happens to me, at least my family will know where to look."



It could be anyone that figures out where I live by her posting name, city,State  etc.

Ok, in reading this "complaint", if that's what you want to call it, I have found some total contradictions on YOUR part, in things you have said.  Below, I will point them out, since you didn't proof-read what you wrote before posting it:

By comments, do you mean like on a message board for visitors to comment?  This is no such area on that site, due to personal attacks on LHS!!!  And I would love to know more about her moving said comments around.  That, I gotta hear....

Just where exactly is your "personal info"?  I am on her site every single day, checking to see if she's posted anything new, and I have never seen anything personal, where YOU are concerned.  I have seen your name, which she HAS removed mind you, and I have seen what city.  You are also on Topix, Ms. R, and I know of you myself, and I know for a fact that your city and state were appearing on there, unless you switched it to having them hidden.  But on LHS's site, there is no personal info about you, nor are there any photos or email addresses pertaining to you.  She blocks out email addresses so as not to have people hounded, like people have done to her.  Even through all the harassment this woman has received from you and others, she still has enough consideration NOT to post things that could lead problems right to another's door.

That right there, is a contradiction in itself.  If you have never met him, how would you have disagreements with him?  It's physically impossible!!!  Now, if you mean disagreements via some open message board, eh....maybe.  But from what I myself have seen on Topix, you two seemed awful chummy on there, especially when it comes to trashing LHS's name and website.  I also recall being bashed a few times on Topix -by you and Mr. Monroe- for standing up for Linda and her site.  You both made it perfectly clear that I was insane for believing anything she had to say, but as soon as someone agreed with you both, saying that Linda is a liar, you two were ready to have a party!

I'm sorry, but are you ACTUALLY insinuating that a 65 year old woman is going to come get you?  And what do you mean they'll know where to find you?  Does that mean they'll find you at home, or in the town Linda lives in?  I'm seriously confused on that one....






In the defense of said person, Linda Hood Sigmon, I am willing to attest to the fact that all these "complaints" against her, are totally bogus claims.  Linda is such a sweet person; I know, I have spoken with her via email.  I adore her.  Nowhere on her website (lindahoodsigmontruth.com) does it have personal info pertaining to ANYONE.  Any names that are on there now, belong to people who have given their ok to have their names posted.  All others have been spoken about with their own public pseudonyms and/or initials.  Nothing more, nothing less.  I have gone over this website again and again with a fine tooth comb, and there is not one shred of personal info regarding anyone.  No phone numbers, no street addresses, no pictures of anyone other than Elvis/Jesse,Linda, a Dr. Donald Hinton, and baby pictures of Benjamin Keogh(Elvis' grandson); no contact info....  I defy anyone to show me otherwise.  All these claims are totally outrageous, and are only being made because people were called out by the person they attacked via the internet.  Much like a rape case, where the victim keeps silent for a long while, and doesn't speak up; that is what is happening with this.  Linda has been subjected to attacks from the aforementioned people (ones who have filed these claims) for years, and now she is fighting back, and they can not handle it.  So instead of acting like adults, they choose to go onto any and all public forums and sites, trying to further discredit her and accuse her of stupid things.  


The whole thing is just ridiculous, and it needs to be stopped.  And for the record, her site DOES get to stay up for the moment.  So, if it is such a problem for the ones complaining, I suggest they take the advice Linda gives on her website, and please not visit again.
