Linda Marie Gibson LLC Linda Marie Jaques Stole $2800 from a non-profit Organization Sheridan Oregon

Was provided $3,000 in non-rpofit funds to put on a fundraising event. Event was cancelled and Ms. Gibson used those funds for personal use and could not pay the money back. Took Ms. Gibson to court and she eventually pled guilty and agreed to refund the moeny in payments of $100 per month until paid off. The agreement was for $2400. Ms. Gibson paid initially $100 and then skipped town to Oregon. I located Ms. Gibson and she eventually agreed to continue paying the ramainder off.  Ms. Gibson paid $1500 of that amoundebt and then once again stopped making payments. Ms. Gibson owes $800.

I have emailed Ms. Gibson and have not recv'd a reply, so it appears she is attempting to not continue her payments.
