A Warrant Notification was sent to me from this collection agency working for Cameron County, TX. claiming I had an alleged seat belt citation issued 17 February 2009. And that I was the driver. The claim is that a DPS Trooper issued this alleged citation to me, per a Texas ID Card Number having it listed as a Texas Driver's License number, on 17 February 2009.

The wording of the Warrant notification is this. "A Warrant has been issued for your arrest, any peace officer may serve this Warrant at any time."

However, I have been faxing off and on to all involved in Cameron County, TX that I haven't driven an automobile since 1991, nor have I had a driver's license since that date too, nor have I have been to Brownsville, Cameron County, TX.

Received a notice from an Attorney at Law via their Austin, TX office via my complaint filed against them with the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau (CFPB) and this attorney's letter stated "The complaint claims that you have never been to Cameron County, TX, However included in the letter are these words too: that is not your obligation. The misuse of the expired Texas ID as being a Texas Driver's License along with the alleged warrant issued for my arrest, was never addressed by their Austin, TX office.

The problem is how can I be charged for driving with a Texas ID Card that expired in June 2007 and the DPS Trooper not know that by doing a NCIC check. I had three NCIC/GCIC done by my local police department, Sandy Springs, GA, one by the U S Marshall in Atlanta, GA, and one by the Atlanta , GA Police Department Fugitive Squad in September of 2011 and no warrant had been issued for my arrest per this false-manufactured citation. Involving me allegedly to have been driving "Driver Not Secured by Seatbelt." If that is true which it wasn't, then why wasn't there any charges dealing with this individual allegedly driving without an official Texas Driver's License?

All of us need to contact our U S Elected officials about his collection agency, including the CFPB, The FTC and any other source that can hold them accountable for their mistreatment of so many U S Citizens. It is time for Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson, LLP, San Antonio, TX to compensate all who have been impacted in a negative manner by them. I have lost ime, money and agonized over this because their involvement with Cameron County, TX, the DPS Trooper, is from my perspective criminal.

Please, everyone contact the CFPB on these people. Thank you for reading my complaint. And please forgive me for the mispelled words.

They ask me to send in $239.20 for the payment which I didn't to a then deceased DA, in their letter to me on 25 August 2011. He died in April 2011.
