Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP Violation of FTC Regulations: Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson,/ Jacques A Machol, Jr Denver Colorado

I am seeking a lawyer consultation based on a work incident that happened on Tuesday, May 20th 2008. I was out of the office and served with a personal summons from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP on a debt that I owe (probably an old charge off debt). The person who delivered the summons told my co-workers that our employment company was being sued and to sign the paperwork. This is not true as this is a personal debt matter involving only myself. When I arrived at work on Wedn esday, the document was lying around for everyone to see and ended in the hands of my Director. When I tried to get the document from him, he told me that he would determine if this matter was for me to look at. I feel that he has violated my privacy, since the document did not have his name on it to keep. In result, for taking back my document he wrote me up for taking what is rightfully mine. I contacted the firm and told them this was a violation of my rights for false representation and the response from the collector was "Really?, oh." So if possible, I would like to file a law suit (or class action suit), against the lawyers who are trying to collect this debt for misrepresentation of having my co-workers sign off on this personal garnishment summons.
