Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP sent me a letter of a collection notice stating that i owed for travel on a colorado toll road which i have not been on at all. also, the license plate number they noted is not even the license plate number on my car and i do not know where the number came from that they declare is assigned to me, which it most certainly is not.  on May 9, 2016, i received by mail, a collection letter/notice of debt stating that i owed for travel on a pay per use highway somewhere in or around the city of Denver, Colorado. i have not at any time within the past 2 years been on that highway. The letter also listed a vehicle license plate number which is not even close to the license plate number on my car. i have absolutely no knowledge of where this listing may have been accessed. This letter is nothing short of a scam.
