Every year I recieve a certified letter telling me that our company owes deliquent taxes to the city we do buiness out of. Every year the tax office assures me that this is no the case, the funds are merely in an escrow account and have yet to be applied to our bill.

It is rediculous that this company would even be allowed to send out scare tactic letters that they are fully incorrect about.
