 Bought a liner from these guys.......was a poor fit to start off with. Once we got our pool liner installed and filled for our sons birthday all seemed well.....less than a year later the seam split, flooded our yard, and made a hole where the water rushed out......called the company and they said to send pics to the warranty department.....we followed their instructions only to be told it's a "prorated" warranty and can get 50 off a new liner.......I told them the liner was less than a year old and their response was sorry that's all we can do.....i would suggest that nobody waste your money buying anything from this company....i wish I would have done better research before I wasted my money with them

Update to my issue with linerworld

Just wanted to post an update...was contacted by Dave Phelps from liner world ( diggers pools) ...He was very professional and apologetic for the issues we had. After speaking with him he sent out a new liner which we just recieved. Im really impressed with his desire to resolve the situation, which he did without hesitation. I give him a lot of credit for stepping up and making a bad situation right......so thank you Dave
