I was also contacted from Linesave search through a telemarketing call as well. I was given a demonstration of how they focus on search engine optimisation and how they will put me in a favourable position of Google, msn, and yahoo and they would also create a website for me. They charged me 4495 for the website and for search engine optimisation. I was supposed to have full self optimising website. I had the choice of cancelling or if I continue to keep their service they would automatically renew my service and charge my credit card. I had wrote a total of 87 emails to Linesave to correct the website so that customer would get the full information without link errors and they would reply to my email and fix some of the errors but not all. So i continued to email them to fix the problems. However never fixed the situations, never replied back to my emails once it got close to my six months. Because of their lack of professionalism, i requested a refund and they refused because they said they did work however they never completely made a professional and fully operatable website. so i was forced to go the my credit company and dispute the charges i charged for linesaves services and sent my company pages of broke promises they Service was suppose to offer, all the emails of communication i sent to them to have the errors corrected, the letter i wrote to John Peters about their unprofessionalism. This went on for 9 months and i was credited back my money for only 250. These guys still benefited from a broken website. A Couple of months later i recieved a collection notice for almost 7000 with their number to contact. when i called the number A guy answered the phone and explained to me that i owe them the money because they want to get paid the work they done.. Phil threatened me by saying this is going to affect your credit report, any time you want to buy a house, its going to follow you. He explained if I pay the 2990 they will drop the rest of the fees because the fees are lawyer fees and fees they paid to send to collections. So I sent all the documentation of proof back the collection agency to show them i have been ripped off and just awaiting to here back from them. I will let you know how it went. If you have been a victem of the Linesave scam...let me know I am willing to help you out. So if their are other victems out their helps us put these guys away and out of business. They are charging for websites that they do not work and refuse to fix the solutions or refund your money back they will telemarketer phone call you and walk you through a demonstration for seo and helping your site rank on the first page of msn, yahoo, and google. dont get suckered in. they will charge you for seo and will promise to give you first page on google. Be careful... Good luck

Let me introduce myself, I am John Peters, Managing Director of Linesave UK Ltd.

Unfortunately we believe that a competitor of ours is repeatedly writing these reports in an attempt to attract customers that we are both quoting.

In response to their latest claim:

Linesave UK Ltd has a full CRM system which tracks all customer queries, so it is not actually possible for a customer to make contact with us and not get a response. The system automatically informs the customer about the progress of the query.

Linesave UK Ltd does not use third party collection agencies if a client does not pay an outstanding invoice and we have been unable to settle their outstanding debt. Linesave UK Ltd attempt recovery by way of County Court Summons. This way it keeps the costs low to both parties and is heard in court, if Linesave UK Ltd did not deliver, we would not win the case.

Linesave does not automatically re-charge credit cards. This is against the terms of our merchant agreement. To do this we would need:

(1) The clients permission to process card payments on an ongoing basis or the client could perform a charge back.

(2) A recurring charge merchant account. Neither of which we currently possess.

In the event that any of our clients are unhappy with the service that they receive from Linesave UK Ltd, as Managing Director I am always informed of the situation. I can categorically assure you that I have had no contact with a Jim from Kidderminster.

The alleged client that has written this report we are quite positive does not actually exist. Unfortunately, we believe this report to have been posted by a competitor of ours attempting to tarnish our name. This is now the fourth report, seemingly posted by the same organisation, to be posted on this website, identifiable by the similar titles, lack of fact, and even the repeated poor spelling and grammar.

We could very easily smear our competitors too with false reports, but that is not the way that we believe business should be conducted. Linesave UK Ltd prides itself in having a market-leading product, and so all I ask is that if you are looking for our type of product and have been directed here by a competitor of ours, why not take advantage of our free live product demonstration and take up a few references from clients of ours? I can even supply you with emails from clients thanking us for refunding them!

You wont be disappointed. You could even take it one step further and visit us at our Shrewsbury head office, and then you can see for yourself what our team of 40+ professionals do.
