Lingerie mart Fraudulent behavior Alpharetta Georgia

This my first ever review on a company. I hate typing but I just had to do this to warn others out there if you are going to shop with lingerie mart. 

1: they don't put prices on thier goods so that when you are done shoping you might not know the prices of an indivual item just imagin paying for a goods you thought was 5 dollars is showing as 39 dollar on your receipt . Its so ridulous. I met a lady there who Told me they act spooky here that I should be watchful. That was a red flag for me.

2: I HATE liars. Their so called policies are all lies. I bought goods worth a thousand plus. I saw on my recept three items that where not on my box. I did want to count my goods But later changed my Mind. Little did I know I should have listen to my Instict. I ddnt bother calling becAuse how can I prove it to pple who are so unethical when it comes to been truthful. To top it all i saw factory defected bras among my goods and called them that I want to return it. I was told I cannot return any thing bought whole sale. below is their return policy I read in thier website. They are bloody liars 

'All return claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of merchandise, and require prior authorization from Lingerie Mart in order to be valid for a return request.   We do not guarantee sales and no return or exchange requests apply unless merchandise is found with a manufacturer defective or is mis-packaged.  Approved returns are issued as a store credit for future purchase. A small 20% restocking fee will apply and shipping costs are non-refundable / non-reimbursable.  (Items that are damaged or defective are not subject to restocking fee.) Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived, in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for the following items due to health regulations: shapewear, fajas, girdles, panties. All seasonal and clearance or final sale items are not returnable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customer's expense.  A Return Authorization number is required and can be obtained by calling our customer service department at (770) 752-1989 or emailing us at sales@lingeriemart.com. Please note we do not sell on consignment or based on one's business anticipation, therefore, we cannot guarantee the sale. 

Package Returns made by the shipping carrier marked "refused", "rejected", "undeliverable", "wrong or insufficient address", "no answer/too many attempts", or similar, are held at store credit only with all shipping costs non-reimbursable. Additionally, any secondary shipping (re-ship) is at the responsibility of the customer. '

3. Thier so called wholesale prices are same prices with discount stores like tj maxx, Ross,Marshall's etc. I really ddnt feel bad about that tho but if you are traveling just to shop with them DO NOT  waste your precious time and money. You ain't gonna get any deals. 

4: I don't know if it's rudeness or laziness they are just plain unethical. 

it's a shame that such a long standing company would have such bad customer service. It's obvious they get away with it all the time so they keep up with thier lies. And it's even worse when it is the owner who is lying.that is just so cheap.
