Link Tech International Link Tech Solutions LLC Poor customer service, didn't do what they promised, hung up me after holding for 15 minutes...twice! Internet

This company is outrageous with unbelievable high pressure salespeople.  They promise things they don't deliver and then try to put the blame on you or your website.  I tried to contact customer service yesterday to cancel my service because I haven't gotten a call in 10 months from this service.  I was asked my name and reason for my call.  I told them I wanted to cancel.  The lady then told me that I needed to speak to an account manager so she transferred me somewhere and I ended up holding for 13 minutes and was then told that no one is available to talk to me and they will call me back that day. 

I haven't heard from them all day, so towards the end of the business day, I tried to call them back.  I was put on hold again for 4 minutes, then another 4 minutes, then hung up on!  I was so frustrated by that time, that I was just going to go to the bank to cancel my card because I figured that was the only way to stop the charges.  Surprisingly, I got a call from them at 7 pm saying I will be put in contact with their account manager right away...that they have someone ready right then to talk to me, so I reluctantly said ok.  Well, once again I was transferred and put on hold for another several minutes before a lady named Mejhla answered. 

I told her I want to cancel and of course that wasn't going to happen right away.  She needed to do the high pressure sales again on me and tried blaming my website as the reason I didn't get one call in 10 months.  After going back and forth with her for 20-30 minutes, she said she would ajust it so that when someone clicked on my site, it would go straight to property listings.  She said she did it already while we were on the phone.  Well, since I was paying for that month anyway, I said great, I'll see if it works after your miraculous adjustment and if I get calls, I'll sign up again, but for now, cancel, no further charges.  The next morning, I checked their "adjustment" and of course, there was NO direct hit to property listings as she promised. 

So, here I am feeling like a complaint has to be written.  Beware, they make you hold on the line forever, they probably do record the call, I heard people laughing in the background, and if they don't like what you have to say, they will note your record negatively, marking you as the bad guy!  I'm over it, because this company is not going to remain in my thoughts any longer.  They are not worth my time and energy!  Just know, you are dealing with fraudulent people who promise promise promise and say all the right and pretty words, but will not deliver in terms of results for you and then you'll have H*LL to try and cancel.  BEWARE!!!
