Linkedin Genius Lab Matt BarcusKent Lilttlejohn I purchased a web based training for Linkedin and in the sales pitch it says you can get your money back. Well, first there is nothing proprietary that they are teaching, it's all common sense. Since I thought there product was a bunch of garbage, I asked for a refund which I never received. They sent me a refund request, but never got back to me on the refund. The product is garbage and they are crooks! Internet

I purchased a training program because there was a garantee that you could get your money back. I requested my money back starting two days after receiving the information since I thought it was garbage and nothing new that was common knowledge. After a month, and my second payment was taken from my account, they finally responded and after 4 tries, sent me a refund request form. I filled that out and the email said I would hear back in couple of days. Well, that was two weeks ago. There information is common knowledge and a complete waste of money.

Since posting my problem with thus company, I found that for some reason they had not received my communication. They have since been wonderful in resolving any problems!
