Linktech Solutions, LLC Deceptive Hiring Practices Beaverton, Oregon

From what I've deducted, Linktech Solutions, Inc needs temporay employees but simply won't admit it. If they were to just inform people when or before they hire them that it is only a temporary position based on demand, it would really cout out a lot of confusion and hurt, making it less difficult not only for the Linktech managers that have to constantly fire people (because it really is unpleasant to have to be the one to fire people), but especially on the employees' part. For some reason Linktech chooses to be deceptive in this respect, and that makes hapless victims out of many people they hire. Their excuse for firing everyone who walks through the door is that they want to work only with people who have the best closing abilities. I believe the real reason is that Linktech does not want to burden itself with the cost of peoples' health benefits or unemployment benefits, among other reasons that involve callus business tactics. In all other respects, it does appear that Linktech is actually giving their customers exactly what they are being promised- nothing more, nothing less.
