I paid speedlicence.com 314.65 to get an hgv licence and sent [I understand they have other titles] i.d {a scan of photographic driver licence,a passport size pic and my signature}in hind sight I should have know that no company could operate promising non test licence{nor should they when you consider the carnage already on the roads}if you could call it an excuse then mines is it wasn't long after I failed my hgv/lgv and I had training so I wasn't going to go on the roads a complete novice and put other road users at risk.
