I order a trial sample from Steelbridge medical of Lipoplex. It was charged to my account on 5/16 I recieved the product on 5/21. They say that they were paid on 5/14. Tried to call company on 5/25 to cancel they were already closed. called Monday 5/28 they were closed. I called everyday since trying to get this resolved and they are saying that it is not their problem that I did not recieve the order till the 21st and that they were closed on the 28th. They are not willing to resolve this issue in any way the said that i can call my bank and cancel the withdrawal but they will just turn it over to collections and if i send the product back they will just keep my money and I will have no product.

Company was not open on 5/28 which was Memorial Day to be able to cancel order but they could automatically charge my account @ 17:16 on that day. You can order on line 24 hrs aday but you can olny cancel on days and times the specify.
I recieved my order on the 21st so according to them I only had 4 days in which to try their product and be able to cancel without being charged. According to them they have now canceled my order and and I am stuck with a product that does not seem to work and I am out 99.95.
High price price for a 4 day trial,
