I've ordered Lipozene no more than 5 hours ago and did so unfortunately before I googled the company to read the reviews about the product and/or experiences that other have gone through.

After reading ALL of the negative blogs/complaints I decided that I did not want to assoiciate myself with Lipozene and called to cancel my order (which with any other company I've always been welcome to cancel at any time) After calling I spoke with someone by the name of Jennifer (I.D number 3240) who stated that I can NOT cancel my order until I recieve it and then would have to pay full shipping to ship the product back to them!

After she continued to cut me off while I was talking by rebutting EVERY type of comlaint that's ever been listed online I asked for her name, ID # and to speak to a manager. He was EVEN more rude than she was! Mr.Maze (which was the other infomation he would give me) INSISTED on trying to tell me EVERY negative thing listed online about Lipozene was false and basically due to a few irate people (That's NOT even possible) he was very short/snappy about me just sending the product back once I get it to get my money back.

My issue was 1st off, I would have to pay full shipping to send this product back to them (which isn't cheap) when they could stop it for even getting to me in the 1st place!! My 2nd issue is after I placed my order and during the call the auto-matic system kept offering all types of extras that I was NOT interested in!!

Before if hangs up it says (thank you for ordering your 3 month subscription for magazines) that I KEPT saying NO during the call!! I do NOT feel comfortable with this company/supervisor having access to my credit card information. I haven't even received this product and I've already gone through alot.

I can TOTALLY understand what others have gone through. I'm including a report I've read on this site that basically sums it up what Lipozene and it's representatives put people through. Can anyone help me further with getting my complaint out to the right people about this?

I'm sooo shakened about them charging extra stuff to my credit card. In my opinion, if what they claim they each have read online about the complaints on Lipozene was NOT true, they would NOT have been as defensive/unprofessional as they were...HELP!!


Please do not buy from Lipozene. I saw their infomercial on the television and their product seemed wonderful!! I guess I learned that if if sounds to good to be true, than it is!! I called and ordered the free trial for $29.95.

The automated system offered me tons of offers on things such as magazines, and other crap, and asked me over and over did I want to continue receiving shipments of this product and be billed each month for it. (It takes like ten minutes to get thru all of the stupid offers before you can actually order). I continuosly pressed NO!! on the phone.

Well either they don't care if you say no, or they just send it to you anyway, because 30 days after I ordered I saw a new charge on my credit card statement for $40.90. I immediately called Lipozene and asked them why they charged me again. They said that they had shipped my second months worth of Lipozene, and that the total would come to approximately $70. The guy I spoke with told me that they would be charging me around $30 the following week.

I told him that I didn't ask for another shipment or to be charged again, and that I wanted the charge to be removed from my credit card. He told me that there was nothing he or I could do about the charges and that they would continue charging me each month!! He said that I could NOT send back the second order for a refund either! I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor so that maybe I could get something done about this, and of course there was not one available to speak with me. He told me that one would contact me within 48-72 hours.

I could see by this time that I wasn't going to get anywhere by speaking to Lipozene. I realized that they were nothing but scam artist, so I just hung up the phone. I mean think about it, what legitimate company doesn't let you cancel orders, mail back shipments for refunds or have a manager/supervisor availible to speak with?? Especially when you never told them to keep charging your card over and over!!

Then I did a little research on the internet. I couldn't find one good consumer review for Lipozene. Everything that I read was about them scamming people the same way that they scammed me.

Finally, I called my credit card company and told them about the fraudalent charges being made to my card. They helped me cancel the card so that they couldn't charge it anymore. But, then I had to sign and mail in an affidavit saying that the charges were unauthorized, and then had to wait two weeks to get my new card and number.

My whole Lipozene experience has been nothing but a major headache. And, did I mention that their pills DO NOT even work!!! They never made me feel any less hungry, I didn't lose a pound on them, and the MetaboUp (I think that is the name of it) never gave me any energy like they promised. So please if you have read this, don't buy Lipozene, and tell everyone you know not to. They are just a big company full of scam artist.

If you don't believe me, do your own research and you will see all the other customers who have been scammed!! Someone needs to shut this company down!!! Lipozene ripped me off for over $80, but luckily I was able to catch it before it got to be to bad. I have read other stories where people didn't catch the unathorized transactions for a few months, and they got taken for several hundred dollars!! Please stay away from this company, and don't put yourself at risk of being scammed!!
