Ordered Trial for $29.95 by Phone. Refused 10 additional "offers" for discounts on groceries, magazines etc. Did not sign up for auto-ship or any re-order of product.

The next month noticed charge for $31.30 on bank statement.

Called company and Rep. Emily lied to me stating "this is an on-line order and that they are non-cancelable and the product they are sending is non-returnable".

I requested a supervisor.I want to have the tapes pulled of my order.

She looked at her screen and confirmed that I did indeed order by phone and said that she would make a one-time exception (like she was doing me a favor) reversing the charges and would credit my account within 10 days...maybe sooner.She said the product was shipped this morning and to write "Return to Sender" refusing shipment and that there would be no charge to ship product back.

I suggest you record your conversation with this company and be insistent when requesting a refund.
