Lipozene Will not let me return shipment Reno, Nevada

I ordered lipozene. They kept asking me to buy more things. I kept saying NO. Then they tried to get me to sign up for the extended automatic plan. I declined that also. They sent the pills. I have not opened the box because I want to return them, ( I found them in the store for a cheaper price.) The website returns an error when I try to commence return. I tried calling them and they tell me that I have to go online to return them. When I go online, It still will not let me do it.

I have tried the pills, they do not work at all.  They are nothing like they advertised. I would not recommend these pills to anyone. Nor would I recommend ever buying from a TV ad again.
