Lipton Buildings Will Flanigan, Thomas (Will) Flanigan Ripoff - took the money and ran, Internet

Tom Flanigan aka Will Flanigan, William Flanigan, William Thomas Flanigan does not return money to the victim as he says he does.

Too many people with the same story and one man stating he did you right - who would you believe!

Will Flanigan, aka Lipton Buildings or Simpson Sheds may think he was honest with his customers but he is not.  I paid 11,300 for approximately $300 worth of wood.  The laborers he hired and DID not pay told me there was no more than $300 worth of material.  The guys also said Will Flanigan told them he knew the post would not hold because he told them not to put them in the ground deep and he knew the concrete would crack.  Concrete was done much later, paid by me, and reinforced because of his shoddy work.

He did not make good with me on this.  Check back at all the previous customers comments.  He said "one" dissatisfied customer - sure!  He has had so many dissatisfied customers. 

Will Flanigan, David Flanigan, Donnie Flanigan, and the rest of the group that work together are all scammers.  They intend to take your money and run.  They never intend to complete the work. 

This game he plays is how he makes his living with "Cash" money taken from people. 

Beware of this guy.  He will change his company name and his phone number, website etc.  He has had so many different names in the past and he changes the name he goes by.  Sometimes he is William, Will, Tom or Thomas.  He is vague and gray in his contract and how he displays his information.

Do not trust him.  I have not found one satisfied customer.
