Your credit card should have a "Dispute Department", they might use a different term. You might also consider calling your credit card theft hotline. Just don't wait too long, because most purchasing time frames operate within a 30 to 60 day limit.

There is not enough information here.

Who authorized this charge? How many months have you been charged for? It makes a difference, in your pursuit of a refund. It is very important that you determine how that charge was authorized, so that it doesn't happen again.

They might see you as being an enrolled member. Have you recently purchased a product from them? Sometimes a person might purchase one item, not realizing they are enrolling into a membership and monthly billing.

If you can, get back to us with more information.
