Liquidation over charging shipping a package that ups charges $24.31 liquidation uses ups and charge $270 ripoff Washington District of Columbia

I have sold my entire clothing store with liquidation and after having 8 of my sell srewed up by liquidation.com on the shipping wieghts by wanting only the larges box and wieght thats not allwas the case , some or even the smalled box wiegh more,

I have a ups account and payed for new shipping lables and it cost me a total of $470.28 for a weight will over 1200 IBS.and that was to citys all the way to washington state. I have been told by liquidation to not to buy from any salvage warehouse's and sell on there site and allso got disputs and the photo for something was not in the lot but it was listed and a detail of that item. my clothing was returned to me and the clothing not pictured was never return and I was out 400 dollars for the coats and cost of shipping.

Liquidation only want who they want to sell on there site. I was over charged and lied to and they never stand behind what the contract says.

The last dispute it took 17 days and that was not reached until I sent a email to them that night, then took 5 more days to get my clothing back.

I turn to Liquidation to help with the close of my wife and I clothing store. Every thing we had I are store was new and from supliers here in the united states as we wasnt rich to by from the manufactures over sea's and by containers that would cost in the 50's to 100's of thousand dollars.

When the dispute came in I sent my invoices and the only thing on them was product numbers. I contacted my suplier and asked for some thing in the ways of showing this jean that was in disput was the real thing. they to could not as they to was getting there from some one to.
so My charge is I placed all my auction with liquidation as self pulls as they where as we was closing are store and there was never any thing store returned or got in a salvage warehouse.

When placing a auction it is no returns or refunds. I know why this was giving back to the buy as they payed by cridit card and was to disput the card and liquidation dont like this, and I was told myself by a Mr. Ruairi Murray.

I would like all that would like to send me shiping charges you was charged by liguidation send them get this yahoo.com and let get a class action on them
