Bought a lot of brand new clothes with tags attached, shelf pulls. They were all very high end popular brand names. I received a box of junk brand names and not one had a tag! NOT ONE. Filed a dispute with Liquidation.com. Of course they declined it! Then I did a dispute with Paypal(another scam company) and THEY denied it. Using Paypal for many years once you do a dispute as mispresented they almost always give you the option to return the merchandise for a full refund. THIS time they didnt. Why? Cause LIquidation has too many lawyers working with Paypal and helps scam us buyers out of money. Next step was to contact my credit card company and they said to return the box of clothes with delivery conformation ti Liquidation.com. Did that. Well now it came back as REFUSED written all over the box! Cost me $70 EACH WAY to send it back. Original cost for the box of crap clothes was $1400, now add $140 to "try"' and return it. I think we need to start a Class Action lawsuit, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. You buy something, received something totally wrong and stuck with it? I am more pissed that they refused my package when all else failed. Email me at (((ROR REDACTED)))with anything we can do. Especially start a Class Action lawsuit. This is RIDICULOUS> DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, they are all over the net as selling fakes, mispresented, non-working items... and you cant return it... You have been warned!

Do you support fraud?

AUTHOR: Michael - ()

POSTED: Saturday, February 15, 2014

Mr. Sasaki,

Do you support fraud? You've come to the defense of a company renowned for criminial activity and who needs their entire executive board and all their employees convicted for their support of this activity. They permit their sellers to falsely list items, and their condition, and blockade all attempts to seek out a refund when the products received are in PATHETIC condition.

The so-called educated resolution team apparently sees items being listed as "shelf-pulls', but missing parts and in conditions reflecting years of use, as acceptable. By their own definition, the seller - who I unfortunately bought from - took me and is walking away with money and leaving me with products that probably won't sell for 10% of what it was bought for.

Your postings cast a dark shadow on you and the company you claim to work with - Outerjoin.com - as it portrays you as a supporter of misrepresentation and fraud by online sellers.

Seriously Mike??

Mike,

Please....

Of course they have a "returns/refund" policy, but the problem is that very few customers who have gotten screwed by liquidation.com actually get a refund or return of their defective items.

There are THOUSANDS of people who have had terrible experiences with this company.  You have absolutely no argument worthwhile with this complaint.

I was taken from this company also on two Android Tablets. Filled out the dispute form in less then the 48 hours stated and still have yet to hear back. I do have a picture of my transaction but don;t know how to show it to everyone.

Hope someone can help us protect others from being SCAMMED by this company.

Request to Remove Complaint

AUTHOR: Mike - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 31, 2010

I am contacting you to file a formal request to remove this posting on Ripoff Report:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/auction-liquidators/liquidity-services-o/liquidity-services-liquidati-8a33c.htm.

Liquidation.com has many satisfied buyers and sellers, but we realize that there will be instances where a buyer feels that a transaction in which he or she was involved ended unsatisfactorily.  We take these instances very seriously and thoroughly review each case.  We are working on improving our customer service, which is what the author of the complaint had an issue with.

We are willing to discuss this further with the author of the complaint to try to find a compromise.  In the meantime, we are requesting the complaint be removed.  We want to make Liquidation.com a great place to transact business for both buyers and sellers.

Best regards,

Mike Sasaki

Request to Remove Complaint

AUTHOR: Mike - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, February 22, 2010
Dear Ripoff Report,

I represent Liquidation.com and I was reading the comment referenced in this rebuttal.  Liquidation.com has thousands of happy buyers and sellers, but there are sometimes buyers that have a bad experience.  We have a process for the buyer to get a full refund, but they have to follow this process.  We will do anything we can to help this author.  In the meantime, we request that this comment be removed because this author has not provided any proof that this happened and there is a process to get a full refund from Liquidation.com, but it appears that this process was not followed.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Mike Sasaki

File a Claim with the Washington DC Better Business Bureau

AUTHOR: CowboyCO - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, December 11, 2009

Liquidation.com (Liquidity Services) is Accredited with the Better Business Bureau of Washington DC.  You can go online and file a complaint against the company with the BBB and they will help you resolve it if you have a valid claim.  The Washington BBB has processed over 100 complaints against this company in the last 12 months and their rating has fallen to B+.  If it falls lower than a "B", they will be kicked out of the BBB, which will hurt their business, so it is likely they will resolve it through the BBB.
