 We hired Lisa to find a rental home for our large family and she scammed us into renting one of her friends home in the Oaks development in Boca Raton knowing it had Chinese drywall. This agent lives in the Oaks development and has become very close with most off the home owners in order to drive her business , problem is that she is selling homes for her friends knowing that there is Chinese drywall and or mold issues in the home and not disclosing it to potential buyers or renters. Since she is a resident in this community herself it is clearly in her best interest to keep the value of her home and therefore she cover up the damaging secrets of this tumbleweed community.

She was very pushy to rent to us especially knowing we were high rollers and willing to pay Over 10k for a rental . Big mistake on her part because we were smarter. , She Claimed was owned by foreign investors in China however after investigating further we found out it was owned by a family who moved out because their children were getting sick from the Chinese drywall!!!!! As a matter of fact the home next door to the rental was having drywall remediation because they also had the same problem . When we confronted her she insisted that she could find the paperwork to show that the home passed the Chinese drywall inspection., however she never got back to us. I sent several emails and voicemails and We never heard back...
