Little Joes Auto, SELLS CARS WITH BLOWN ENGINES, AND RIPS YOU OFF,PLUS VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE Chesapeake, Virginia

We recently purchased a 2004 Dodge Durango from Little Joes Auto. I am sorry to say a few days after we got it, something in the engine/motor broke. Along with the interior light issue that was apparently not a simple fix, as we were told it would be. 

Not even a week later, our sizeable purchase is now at the dodge dealership (Little Joes Auto sent it there), trying to find out whats wrong with it. We feel that we were sold a problematic LEMON vehicle. Even if the problem gets repaired how do we know this is not going to be an ongoing problem, which will always be on our minds.  

We have gone on 3 weeks now, it has been at the service center, I have called and spoke to the Customer Service Manager, the Finance Manager, and anyone else who would pick up the phone. Both the CSM and FM acted like I was putting them out by them even speaking to me.  

We do not even know what the problem with the truck is, at this point. 

However, I was told by "Doug" that it was a good thing we purchased "their" service agreement. I do not believe that there was ever an "inspection" done on this automobile, like we were told. I emailed our sales person who told us to call or email him with any problems. That was useless as I recieved a generic reply a week later.

I think Little Joes knew it was already broken and maybe they are in the business of selling LEMONS. Now we are expected to make a payment on something we havent even had a chance to drive. We believed we were dealing with an upstanding dealership, guess we were WRONG!!!
