I recently ate at this little Tokyo establishment. The workers there spoke broken English and were very hard to understand. After, about 10 minutes of trying to place my order I finally got my food. I specifically asked them if they use any msg or any other preservatives and they said NO! I received my order and the food was way below subpar and loaded with preservatives being a vegan I can taste them easily. I complained to the manager Manning and he didn't care at all. He offered no refund or anything to make the customer happy!! Upon leaving the restaurant and trying to enter my vehicle I heard a voice yell at me "hey you!" I turned around at to my astonishment it was the manager Manning he had followed me to my vehicle to confront me. He screamed at me and got in my face and said that I had embarrassed him and his restaurant and that if I didn't like their food he didnt care!! He told me that if I ever came back to little Tokyo he would personally escort me out of it and that he would make sure that I couldn't eat any food for a while!!! I am a woman and he is a man, I thought about calling the police, but I was in so much shock that I just drove home crying....
