Litton Loan Fraudulent Charges Houston Texas

I have reported this company once already because after Chapter 13 discharge, they sent me a notice of default within 2weeks stating that I am in default in the amount of 3,000. I have all current and accurate documents stating that payments are current. After I told them that I filed a claim with Ripoff as well as Better Business Bureau, they sent me a letter stating that My escrow account is in default, and a late charge of 1,200. How is it that my payments are always 2 weeks early and usually 3-10 more than actual payment and now it is not that I have deliquent payments but delinquent escrow.

I am now getting a Laywer to see if this nightmare will end. I am a single parent and on disabilty and can not afford to loose my home nor pay this company more money when I know they are targeting me with fraudlent charges. I have contacted the local news station and hoping to have this matter resolved quickly, they have one person in the company who told me he saw their mistake and what I need to do and I did and because of it they are grasping at straws to find another place to put the charges. I need help fast this same person told me that they are sending a forclosure notice on Nov.11 but not to worry because he was sending a message to show the error. Yeah Right, ne person with a company of crooks, I don't think so. PLEASE HELP ME
