Litton Loan Servicing LYING, NON TRUSTWORTHY, ROOTLESS, MISLEADING, RUDE, PREDATORY LENDERS Memphis Tennessee

I called Litton a few months ago because they were saying I still owe lots of money and to avoid foreclosure I must pay 12,000 so I did. Knowing I did not owe the money I felt that I would pay it to keep my home and I could get this all straighten out once the dust settled and my money would either be refunded to me or credited as payments toward my mortgage (WRONG);

so I called Litton after (I thought) the payment was posted and inquired about my account Litton informed me that I still owed 6,000 dollars to bring my payments current and to pay the foreclosure attorney as well as late fees and administration fees to keep my home from foreclosure.

So again I paid the money; now Litton is saying that they do not have the payments and my home is going to go into foreclosure if I do not have the 8,000 they are now asking for. Contacted Litton with copies of the canceled checks that I had and was told they were going to restructure my loan, that was a month ago and now no one will contact me, call me back nor have I received the papers to sign for the restructuring of my loan. They are saying I am behind on payments of corporate fees and late fees which I am not even late, the personnel there is so rude and not customer friendly at all, they argue with you and threaten to foreclose no matter what kind of conversation you are having with them.

If anyone out there are filing a class action suit against this company please contact me, these people are con and rip off artists I think this company need to be stopped. They do not try to work the situation out with you and I think it may be that they know the government will pay the loan, they should be made to at least work out a satisfiable plan with you before they can go to the foreclosure process.
