Litton Loan Servicing Ripoff You Are Fired that is the only words I have to say for Litton Loan Servicing Grant fore bearance then report you to the credit bureau Houston Texas

I live in Florida, during the Hurricanes lasst year we had damage and we needed some help. Litton Loan was so very nice they granted me a forbearnce for 2 months (total of 2400.00). It was so easy I should have been prepared.

Little did I know the kindness would come back and bite me. I was to pay an extra 100.00 a month and then in the six month pay the balance. I immediately was able to pay a whole month 1200.00 so all I had left was 1200.00 (1 month forebearance). I paid 100.00 for 3 months, payments were made on Dec. 5th, Jan. 27, and Feb 15th along with my 1200.00 mtg payment.

Then I get a notice saying I have defaulted because my Feb payment of 100.00 was too late. What is too late??? the 5th was okay, the 27th was okay but, the 15th of the next month is too late. The customer service rep. said luck of the draw, you were supposed to pay it on the 1st of each month.

I was aware of this, so in the begining I called and they said to make it with my mtg. payment. For 2 months this was fine and then it is too late. Confused!!! Not only did they void my payback plan they turned me into the credit bereau for being 30 days late. I have a copy of all my mtg payments. In 30 years I have never had a late payment of 30 days on a mtg.

So now I have a mark on my credit report just as it is time to refinance my house. I spoke to customer service again, a new girl and she did not understand what was happening and was going to talk to another supervisor and call me today. Guess what? I did not get a call!! The 1st supervisor I spoke to yesterday would not even get on the phone until I threatened to call his supervisor. Then he refused to help in any way.

Bottom Line I will prevail, I will refinance before I ever give them another dime out of my pocket. Even if it cost me more, they are rude and unprofessional and no one has the same story, or the same reasoning. Choose wisely before you choose Litton Loan.
