Litton loan had made a deal with meto pay approx $781. a month to get caught back up. I had to send $750. to keep it from going to forecloser. I sent them a cashiers check and it took them over a week to admitt they even had it. Now they say they can not apply it to the loan because itwas sent to forecloser

Tried to call but have to leave message and wait 72 hours before calling back.This is suppose to give them time to call you back. They never returned phone calls.

They send me a letter givivg me 42 days to get caugh up or go to forecloser. 42 days should have been on 20th not the 12th. Can not talk to anyone that can get something done.Have to leave recorded messages which they do not answer.

Does not seem like anyone knows what the other is deoing. People are getting the shaft by these people and something needs to be done to protect the people.
