loan was purchased from original holder that is when problems began within two months they were trying to say we had no insurance and proceeded to take it out dispite numerous faxes from my insurance co that insurance had been carried without lapse since owning property still this did not stop then charges were added on payment amounts were allways in conflict with theres was in formed was one behind and they made agreemente for me to make one payment with another in two weeks i sent the payment the sent it back with forclosure papers also an inflatted attourney fee was added on which was four times higher than allowed per contract acquired attourney for advise they gave him no cooperation they added these inflated charges on my credit record ruining my credit

neverless to say i had to file a chapter13 to keep them from taking my home the insurance practise continues they said they would refinance at lower rate which latter they said was not true there has been no honesty with there company since they took over my mortage i had contacted attourney general of thier area they suggested getting legal advice and taking it to court and suing they have cause extreme damage to my character and credit i fell i should be eligable for damages to character as well as extreme mental anguish extra funds had to be paid out which i could not afford and had got from family members i am on social security dissability(open heart surgery back surgeries degenerative disc disease severe depression paqnic and anxiety dissorder and rheumatoid arthitis also have a wife and two children ages 12 and 10 you can imagine the stress and unhappiness this has put on them i feel serious measures need to be taken to bring justise to litton loan thank you very much
