Litton Loan Servicing are the worst company to deal with!! Houston Texas

I have been living at my home for almost 15 years now. I refinanced 3 years ago to pay off some debt. Three months ago my rate adjusted and became very difficult for me to make my mortgage payments. I contacted litton loans to ask for help, I do not want to lose my home. After a few weeks of pain staking phone calls they finally placed me onto a repayment plan. The payments went up almost 500.00 because they said I had to repay all mortgage payments when I was late.

These people are so incompetent; It's common sense that I could not make my payments as is and they called this repayment plan help!!! I hired HomeSaverProgram.org a company that performs doc audit and they found numerous fraud violations on my loan. They contacted my lender and forced them to modify my loan, instead of the crazy repayment plan they proposed.
