Litton Loan Mortgage Company whom forces forclosures to make money off of you!! Houston Texas

I just wanted to tell you my story. It all started when my wife of 4 years and i split in January. I was left with the home mortgage and all the bills that went along with it. Which was fine at the time until Litton Loan Servicing took over my mortgage. I want to say they took over in March or April but when they did i had normal payment with them at $1227.00 each month, then the second month they charged me $1578.00.

Well this was a shock to me as i just gave $1800.00 dollars to a lawyer for the divorce process and having to repay $500.00 back to the company i used to work for because they sent me a check that i thought was a vacation pay out which was not and to top it off now child support of $600.00 a month. Which all happened to me in the begging of the new year..

Well because of everything that happened in the new year i have been paying my mortgage of $1227.00 each month. I was not able to pay the $350.00 they tacked on and thought i could just pay it late. Well what had happened was this. The company took my money out of my account and put it all into escrow. Well if they didn't receive the full amount they would just keep it in escrow until they received the remainder.

Well when they did receive the money they would tack on late charges if it was not paid by the 2nd of each month and the 16th of every month. I have not not missed a month with some kind of payment. The company always received the money for the loan but may of been short the $350.00 and late charges i could not afford.

Now the company threatens to take my home away from me and my kids because they have added up the late charges and missing 350.00. They say i am two months behind and keep sending me letters that they will foreclose on my home if i don't pay the full amount. I am in a process of going through a reimbursement or pay back with them and waiting for their approval which they say takes 60 to 90 days.

Well this does not help me and then i asked for help to lower my monthly payment through the bill that was just passed by President Bush. Hope for Home owners. Well they will not help me until the missing months are paid for first or until it has been approved. The company lies to get your home from loans they probabaly bought really cheap then sell the home to make a profit...

It is a win win for them but we lose everything we have worked so hard for. I think peolpe with the same problems should file a class action lawsuit with them. The more peolpe involved the stronger chance we have to win and put this company that steals out of buisness!!!!
