Litton Loan Servicing LP is the servicing agent for the investor of your mortgage. Among other things, servicing agents are responsible for:

• Collecting payments from customers
• Working with customers in special situations who may be temporarily unable to make their payments
• Ensuring payment of all tax and insurance bills
• Remitting principal and interest collected to the investor 

Unlike other servicers, Litton is not a "fee for service" company. Litton achieves returns on investments for mortgage loan investors by minimizing losses and keeping our customers in their homes. Our business model is different than that of most other servicers in the industry in that Litton is compensated for reducing losses, rather than keeping costs down or generating revenue through fees. I have been strung along since October 2008 and they have never had any intention of letting US stay in OUR home that has been in MY husbands family since 1947.  So I set here now with MY 24 years son just diagoinised with BREAST CANCER soon to loss our house as LITTON LOANS starts their foreclosure process and I have hired a Lawyer for us to start Bankruptcy proceedings So my son has a PLACE to fight his BATTLE with Cancer.  I worry how this will turn out but GOD will not let these BASTARDS continue to destroy our AMERICA DREAM to own OUR HOMES  PRESIDENT OBAMA please wake up to the CRAP that is going on in AMERICA and PLEASE FIX IT and MAYBE it might just MIGHT say OUR home so we can FIGHT the BIGGEST BATTLE in my families life MY SON's CANCER I NEED MY HOME SO HE CAN BEAT THIS.  PLEASE PLEASE LITTON LOANS HEAR US NOW AND HELP AMERICA AND QUIT ripping US off!
