Live Career Resume Builder Ripoff , Internet

My wife created a resume on line at Livecareer.com and was told that the resume would cost $4.95. We were charged the $4.95, plus two months of $34.95 a month. According to their reply from their customer service department, they have cancelled the account, but when asked about the $69.90 charged to my credit card, they refuse to address it.

I have written to my credit card company and asking for a refund of the unauthorized charges. Once I hear back from them, I will update this report.

If I was a lawyer, I would start a class action suit against this company. I am sure there are more customers out there that are currently or have been defrauded by this same organization, that don't know how to use the Internet to place a complaint.
