Live technician September 24th 2012 i used live technician.com to help with gmail recovery and Facebook. problems back then i had very little knowledge when it came to computers..they charged me$ 100 to remote access my computer..now fast forward they contacted me today june 18th 2015 trying to say my email and accounts were being hacked and used for some very illegal purposes..the technician then tried to get me to get on my computer and or labtop..Las Vegas Nevada

 On September 24th 2012 i used live-technician.com to help with Gmail and Facebook. Back then i had very little knowledge of the computer or internet. They charged me $100 dollars to remote access my computer. Now fast forward to June 18th 2015 they contact me telling me that my email is being hacked and used for some very illegal activity. The technician then asked if i could go to my computer or laptop. I told him i dont have either at the moment he then hung up on me. That got me to thinking so i did some research. Turns out im not the only one this has happened to. So i call 1-888-334-5804 the number for this live technician and did some inquiries. I was transferred to a "technician" who verified i was a customer with a id number told me my issues back then then verified they were out of las vegas Nevada. I then told the "technician" that i had been digging and found this very same company has been fraudulently doing this to others. I asked her point blank if this was a scam and was hung up on. I am concerned as to what they have access to because i have personal pictures..videos..and things of that nature on my computer. At the moment my computer has no internet but am not sure if they can still acess it. I would also like a refund on the $100 that i had spent.
