I googled who to call for customer support for a Gmail question. I saw Live Technician at the top and called. They were in India and said they work with Google becaues Google does not have live support staff. I called 1-888-389-7614 for this company. I spoke with Brad and was just asking for help to create a new email address under my company domain name. He then asked if I had shared my information with anyone and whether I was logged into two computers. He said he saw someone was hacking in form another sight. He asked what the zip codes were where I was logged in and I provided them. Then later when I asked what the zip code was for the hacker and he said he couldnt see it... He continued though to tell me that I was being seriously hacked and needed to change the IP address immediately before my information was stollen. He made me concerned asking if I had private information on my email etc. He then said it would be $150 to take care of it.

It was all a SCAM!! I called a computer technicial I work with and he said the IP issue they said was the problem and what I needed to fix was not true and that if anything they were trying to move my account from gmail to their servicing so that my payments would go to them and not gmail. It is all a scam. BEWARE!

When I called back to cancel it and tell them that they gave me false information and they needed to put everything back the way it was and make no further changes and could not charge my card, he lost it and said very unprofessional things such as well you are making more money, why dont I just put money on your card, if you are not letting us charge it for work that is already started (5 minutes ago). He just lost and which was more evidence to me that it was a scam!
