I signed up with live365 for 6 months service and payed for it. Then as I was broadcasting I was writing down each song I was playing and making sure I wasn't playing the same artist twice. Because their policies states you can't play the artist to many times. So I only played each artist once. Then suddenly an email came in that I was playing too many songs by the same artist and that I was cut off the air. I didn't see this email at first and was enjoying my broadcasting then another email came in I was playing too many songs by the same artist. Not true!!! My little box said I was broadcasting but when I had a friend to check it out for me they said I was not on the air. So I'm wondering maybe they have some kind of tricks to make you believe you are on the air but are not. After seeing this email I tried to cancel the music from my playlist in which I had over 200 songs listed on their playlist. But suddenly I couldn't delete them anymore. How mysterious!!! It said I couldn't delete these songs. So now I'm wondering If they have my music.I then decided to cancel the whole file from my computer and requested to cancel my service with them. They said I can cancel my service but I won't get any money back, so I am still stuck with 5 months of service, per their agreement in which I never was given this agreement until after I decided to cancel my service with them. Then I wrote them twice and told them I no longer have the necessary files for broadcasting and could they give me instuctions on how to get the files back if I have to stick with the service for another 5 months. But was ignored each time I wrote them. These people are con artist out to get your money. I don't even think you are on the air most times and I don't remember them telling me how many listerners you can have this is an important to know. I think It's just a juke box on your desktop playing your music.Don't waste your money.
