I have asked them explanation, and still have not received any.

I have been a customer for the last 5 monthes to their unlimited back-up offer. I have paid 2 years in advance.

Very unprofessional behavior for such a big company supposed to take care of your data.

we have decided to enforce our right to terminate your Livedrive® account

As a longtime private customer of Livedrive.com I was VERY shocked when I recieved this exact same message.
There was no single explanation why my account has been found in breach with their rules and regulations and
I was not warned before. I find it extreemly rude and customer unfriendly to send a good, paying customer
such a letter without any form of warnings on forehand.

Livedrive.com is in genral not realy very customer friendly and is know to respond very slowely.
Their services are interesting based on what they offer but the technical environment is not as stable
and reliable as they claim. Despite several complaints over the years and despite improvements on the
controlling software the core problems and shortcomings are still active.

Now they claim to shutdown my account without further notice. I have responded to this e-mail (exactly the same date as your e-mail) and they did respond, however with an automated mail, telling me that they won't shutdown my account without further response. That was last week. After I send another reply to that e-mail I got exactly the same (automated) response. I'm not sure what will happen now and I'm not very confident that they will handle this politely.

This e-mail threat by the way was send to me right after they charged my credit card with the full one year fee...  A coincidence?
