This company will call you in for three different interviews. The first will be with Suggs/Wright and then on the second one, one of the employee's will "take you out to lunch" where the company s "rapid room for advancement" opportunities and more about the  "management training program". Then you will be taken back to the office where you wait in the creepy waiting room and fill out a "questionnaire" and that suggs/wright would be back to get you for your third interview.. RUN. This is a pyramid scheme. Get out of their ASAP. Don't let them get you.

The individual who filed the report is just being ignorant. There is no pyramid scheme, it is and entry level management position where the idea is you ultimately succeed and become CEO of your own company branching off from your parent company. You start from the bottom doing D2D sales with previous and current At&t customers. You aren't going to random doors soliciting. Yes its tough sometimes and it isn't a career path for the average Joe.

I no longer work at Livewire concepts for one reason, I wanted to pursue my education, which wasn't possible while working there since the hours are pretty long. Livewire is a great company filled with tons of people who genuinely want to help you succeed. The office/lobby area is not "creepy" whatsoever, its well lit and the office admin is perfectly kind. Not everyone can make it in the business within 2months of working there I saw more than 10 people come and go for various reasons. Its a career path that you have to be dedicated to, once you succeed it only continues to climb from there.

And "MP Industries" is a SEPERATE company and is under no jurisdiction of Livewire, they are run by 2 completely different individuals with their own rules and values.

Not Convinced

None of what you said is convincing. All I heard was "lie this" and "lie that" so keep your phony company and continue to recruit naive individuals. I will be fine doing things that are worthy. I doubt you make 1000 per week. It may not be a "scam" per see but it isn't the most reputable company out there. This "hard work pays off" mumbo jumbo you keep saying is very cult like and has been said throughout everyone that works there. I work hard and will be willing to work towards something I LOVE not something I don't give a crap about. also I doubt you bought your son a BMW. Keep lying and trying to convince these readers otherwise. I hope someone with brains will see through all of your lies.

"I refuse accept the mediocrity that was forced upon me in corporate america"

You sound like a drone fed into the lies the company gave you. congratulations! Does everything have to be black and white? There are plenty of other things you can do besides working for a scheme and doing corporate america. Do something that's worthy to the world. Give back to the community SOMETHING! I love how you are obviously one dimensional.

Why its not a pyramid scheme

AUTHOR: Truthbuster - ()

POSTED: Friday, April 12, 2013

There is absolutely no buy in whatsoever.

your money is your money.

ATT pays three 100% separate payments.
att sets the commission for the sales our pay is not regulated by the manager in any way
The first payment att makes is to the sales rep which is 100% of the set commission
The second payment is payed to the manager the manager makes 70% of the set commission. his payment is SEPARATE. it is a management fee Which ATT provides him to keep his office open the reps do not have a "cut" taken out at all....I am a rep and I keep track of everything. I make 1000+ dollars a week.

the third payment goes to our client broker. this payment is an administration fee. this third payment is a separate 30% commission.

this isnt some get rich quick thing. just because you are afraid of a truly merit based program doesnt mean it doesnt exist. You dont have to earn seniority you just have to work hard...and hard work scares people honestly if you dont see the opportunity you have on the interview that is your problem and no one can make you change I just want you to know when I bought my son a brand new BMW it wasnt because I work for a scam its because I chose to put forth everything I have because I know That I can do ANYTHING I put my mind to if you cant do that then thats your problem but filing a complaint or anything such as your post that threatens others livelihood without ANY understanding of what exactly This opportunity is about is ignorant. I agree It does take blood sweat and tears but why should I have to wait for someone else to get promoted before I do because of seniority. this job only takes as long as you make it take but I personally refuse to accept the mediocrity that was forced upon me in corporate america I wasnt even allowed to work hard. I can do whatever I want and ultimately whether or not I progress is MY decision no one else's. I do however refuse to hear an uneducated argument towards this company in fact what you have posted here is considered libel and if the manager cared in the slightest about what a narrow-minded bug such as you said. He could take you for all your worth which is not even close to half as much as a vagabond makes in ten minutes sitting on a street corner. so can you get promoted quickly? yes but it is conditional you MUST work for yourself and your own success we dont just hand it to people It is purely up to the employee.

Outright LIE of a Company

AUTHOR: ReneeD - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 07, 2013
"So I know that you all are going to read this and say well he works for the company so he has to say good things, but that is not what I am here to do. I am here to set the record straight, First off, we do have an extenuous interview process just like any other company that is looking for the best of the best (this is coming from someone who went through interviews to get into med school)."

That is a blatant lie. First of all the interviews are not "extrenuous" as you say. Second of all, it's ironic that you pulled out the fact that you went to med school to add validity to your statement. I wouldn't even count them as "interviews." The first time is more like an introduction with the CJ Suggs dude basically telling you about this MLM company and trying to "sell" it honestly. The second time around they make it seem like it is an "interview" when you are really supposed to "shadow" the person through some sales runs. These aren't appointments that were made or anything. no. you just do door to door. In a regular interview process one would think the employer would let them know exactly about the position. The website is also very fishy. It does not give a good description of what you guys do. They have these different descriptions of "management training" and that is about it. Then at the "Second" interview you shadow is basically selling you this "product." bragging about how he go to "manager" in just a few weeks and how he feels good that he "made it big," and I couldn't help but to laugh as I stared at the hole in his pants. such irony in the situation. It almost reminded me of getting recruiting into some sort of cult.

"Secondly, our company is a marketing firm that works side by side to increase the sales for fortune 500 clients such as AT&T. I don't know if those who are reading this have heard of a little product called AT&T Uverse; but that is the product that AT&T has us marketing to their customers. The reason why we go to the homes of the AT&T's customers is because AT&T has tried to contact them through flyers in the mail and phone calls but were unable to reach them. Therefore they send us ou to do so. So to have this make sense, 75%of general americans thro junk mail in the trash without even looking at it. "

This doesn't take away the fact that this is a hierarchy scam. Oh AT&T UVerse is an actual product? Gee Golly whiz Bob I didn't know that? The knives from Cutco Cutlery (Vector) are actual products! The Same as how you go on ACTUAL trips for the WorldVerse MLM scam! The fact of the matter is that despite it being an actual PRODUCT and something EXISTING does not take away from the fact that you are scheming pyramid pigs.

Also 65% of americans, don't answer calls from telemarketers or numbers they dont know. So that is why I have a job because AT&T gives me a list of their current customers to talk to switch them to U-Verse. The best part is they dont even have to pay me anyhing to do so I just call in to order proccessing to get them switched over. That is why we are responsible for 65-70% off AT&T's new customer acquisitions in the KC Metro Area. So since we have done so well, AT&T wants us to expand because they want more customers just like any company that is making money, "They Want More" therefore their are management opportunities offered.

Good for you! I bet it's fun walking in the hot sun, and blistering cold trying to get people to buy the stupid product. I bet you feel as if you are giving back to society in a productive way with this. Nevermind the fact that people have busy lives and really don't have time to hear anyone come to their door with some unimportant nonsense. Sorry that Americans have their kids, the economy, jobs and other things to worry about than AT&T Uverse. Trust me, I will spare myself of the door slams and invading people's properties to sell some menial product.

Now to answer the question of the "Pyramid Scheme." First I would like to inform those who read this that Pyramid schemes. They are actually illegal in America therefore I believe that AT&T the 3rd most recognized logo in the world would not risk their brand name working with a company that legally could not exist.

By the contrary. There are ways around these schemes. An example "To start earning, Mr. X has to recruit others like him who will also make one payment each. Mr. X gets paid out of receipts from those new recruits. They then go on to recruit others. As each new recruit makes a payment, Mr. X gets a cut. He is thus promised exponential benefits as the "business" expands." Hmm, so if I remember correctly, my shadow had told me that by enrolling people on his "team," it promotes him to a higher level. Basically he's looking for people to "train" so he can advance in the pyramid thus having higher pay and benefits. Sounds like a pyramid to me!

So in conclusion, I hope that this will answer the questions that the previous blog put into place. I have worked here for a year or so now and ave supported my entire family with a lavish lifestyle, not because I am good at sales, but because I am trainable and everyone loves U-Verse. So for me, I say "The Juice is worth the squeeze" that is why I love my job. Work hard now to work easy later.

BAHAHAHAHA Lavish lifestyle? I am so sure! If you are who I think you are (my possible shadow) then I just want to laugh in your face about your supposed "lavish" lifestyle. I will enjoy the rest of my 20's going after my dreams and not going door to door selling crap and getting a "quick lavish lifestyle." If there's one thing in life, you have to work towards something you want to achieve and it takes time and commitment. The fact that this company fools a lot of millenials into thinking that they are going to have a quick "lavish lifestyle" in just a few weeks, or months is pure rubbish. NOTHING in this life and I mean NOTHING happens overnight. You have a dream? you put your sweat, spit and tears into something to make it happen. It sickens me that companies like these fool naive young people into getting a "lavish" lifestyle overnight which isn't the case at all. For your sake I hope you are happy with this life. Continue to live in the bubble you live in. I'd rather spend by time contributing something worthwhile to society and not fooling young people with false promises of "management" (which is just a title in this company, the "manager" title doesn't mean anything...at all really at Livewire Concepts) With that Good luck to you for your future "lavish" ambitions
