Well, I placed an order for some essential oil. The shipping is not free, its really expensive so I chose Canada Post Small Packet, which they said has no tracking and may take 7 days to ship then 4 weeks to arrive. The confirmation email was as shown in attachements, "the imbibe tribe" "the sage sniffers" etc sounded like a new age bullsh-- generator, and the company profile name was called "FLOWERS SHINING EVERYWHERE" Im not sure if I want to do bussiness with the IMBIBE tribe. I dont really believe in INBIBING on things, and "sage sniffers" reminds me of rich chicks covered in tattoos who dont shave their pits but I figured they had good essential oil, the one I orderd was hard to find. I had a bad feeling from the start. Oct 5 I send an email inquiring if they will be shipping by the end of the week which will be 7 days, if not please refund. Immediately I get a reply back. "Your order has been processed and its on its way to you. [continued below]....

..... As you have picked a shipping option with no tracking you will not recieve further status updates." I wonder how they could have made it to the post office that quick. The next day I recieve another email contradicting that saying my order is going out today. And at the bottom, I see its been forwarded between departments, with a sh-- icon with flies buzzing (looks different on my phone, it has no eyes and flies buzzing on my phone): (bulls*it with flies) asaping :)

Gee a simple inquiry has been met with such rudeness. I dont think these are nice people. I doubt Ill ever get it. I have to dispute the charge with the bank. Dont order from this company because they are bulls--ting you

Got my refund, but still dont recomend this company. It just wasnt proffessional. I didnt get your item has shipped sorta email you get with amazon or ebay or any other essential oil company or company in general. The s**t symbol ruined my day, I couldnt reach anyone on the phone so even though I got my refund I wouldnt order from them again. But I did get my money back.

Then they gave me a refund that didnt go through

So I was issued a refund, but the reciept is missing the approval code that the original reciept has and it never went through. I contacted three times, and she kept insisting that it will go through but they didnt do it right. I called the number, but it wasnt an international number, it is actually a California number on Pacific Time,  they say they are located in Ontario which is Eastern Time. They then claimed their customer service rep is located in Cali, but all I got was a recording saying she will be on vacation for two weeks, how convienent.
