Living Spaces In Jan. 2013 I purchased a recliner chair at Living Spaces for my 87 year old father for Christmas. After 3 years the chair is falling apart. Living Spaces will not stand behind their product. Woodland Hills/Los Angeles California

 In January of 2013 my sisters and I purchased a recliner chair from Living Spaces in Irvine Cailifornia for my 87 year old dad for Christmas. After 3 years the fabric literally started falling off the chair. I contacted Living Spaces only to be told there is nothing they can do about it and that it's normal wear and tear. I then spoke with Jackie Serrata the manager of Guest Services and again got the same response. I've since then emailed her pictures of the chair and called back numerous times to speak with her but only to leave messages and she has yet to call me back. Living Spaces sells faulty, low quality products and refuses to stand behind their products. Furniture should last more then 3 years. Especially when you pay $526 for a chair. I think that is a responsible expectation. I am thinking of filling a small claims law suit. Gary
