LIVING WELL TODAY Magazine Video Reporter, Living Well, Don Malatesta FRAUDULENT ACTIONS, MISREPRESENTATION, CONSUMER FRAUD Chatsworth , California

Living Well Today has been accused of defrauding a lot of hard working businesses in the Southern California area.  The complaints allege that they dupe customers into an advertising contract and then never actually advertise as promised.  We were a victim of this company as well and they did just that, stole from us and never delivered any advertising.

To make matters worse if you stop paying them they send threatening letters and phone weekly with threats of legal action.  Although I would find it hard to believe that any court would side with Living Well it is just another annoyance and adds injury to insult after having been ripped off by this company.

They seem to be represented by a local attorney DON MALATESTA of Chatsworth.  I would imagine that either he is part of the fraud as well or why else would any attorney represent such a company in light of so many fraud allegations.

In any event Don Malatesta's actions are that of a collection agent with more threats.
