I'm so tired of dealing with this and if explained every way I tried to get Liz Tomey to respond, it would take volumes. First, I will say that Liz Tomey comes across as a likeable woman. The times I spoke to her, she was helpful. But the bottom line is that I have gotten about 5% of what I paid for on 9/10/15 -- I paid the second of 2 payments totalling $500.  I even let Liz Tomey know that if I didn't hear from her, I would be filing a report with Ripoff Report and also with the BBB. Once in a great while as I've tried to get her to respond, she would email back saying "I'm working on it" or something to that effect, but I still have nothing.

The case:  I paid $500 for this bountiful package (I paid $250 for a first payment of 2 which around 7/31/15). I correcsponded with the Support Team (Jon Nagle) multiple times before purchasing to make sure that she would be available to deliver. It included 10 coaching sessions, a day of coaching with her in person, 5 sites completely setup for me to start my own internet marketing business and a few other things that also sounded great, such as a series of 5 to 10 webinars.  At first I was most interested in getting the 10 coaching sessions and wanted to make sure that I got those because I needed strategic help...I was assured that it would be no problem for her to deliver.

To summarize: I tried to arrange the coaching calls immediately, and that was troublesome as Liz would forget the time, then apologize and a week or so later try to reschedule. But with tremendous effort, I ultimately managed to squeeze out one long introductory coaching call and 2 or 3 quickies of 10 or 15 minutes each. I tried countless times by emails to her, to Jon Nagle her support guy, through Facebook, and text messages. Every once in a while I got a reply.... that Jon would remind her... and once in a while she would email me, apologize and explain she had had the day from hell, and would promise we could schedule them all very soon.... I said Okay -- was super flexible on the time  -- but she wouldn't get back to me in time to keep the appointment she had originally suggested or that I suggested -- it was a big mess. I don't work like that myself -- but she kept wiggling around about it or missing the calls and such.

The last one we set up, I agreed to do at 7pm my time/10pm her time at her request. I planned my day around it, rearranged a few things, and was ready. She didn't call, so I called her, texted her, messaged her, emailed support... nothing. Nothing at all. Not even the next day. Not even the next week.

Summary -- I tried countless times in countless ways to get her to deliver what she promised. I won't even into the stupid details of trying to get these 5 sites with the downloads ready and such.... Absolutely nothing.  I won't go into the webinars she scheduled that I put on my calendar and called in for that she forgot about.  And many others in the Facebook group of about 38 members expressed the same thing... "Where's Liz?" ... "Has anyone heard from Liz?"

I really don't understand how someone who is smart at the subject itself can do this. I just don't get not communicating with your clients. Everyone has bad days, bad weeks, and such, but I've been trying to get my services since 7/31/15 (I paid 50%) and then the balance in early September.... So it's been MONTHS....

With that said, I would like a refund of $400 of the $500 I paid - I'm happy to pay $100 for the few coaching calls I received. But this has been an enormous waste of time trying to get what I paid for.

I hope that you can help... And I will also be writing a complaint to the BBB is this is not settled ASAP.  After not delivering last week after she promised to, I told her that I would be filing  this today if I didn't hear from her by Monday (5/9/16).

My report is shockingly similar to the other report filed her by another person in early 2015 -- it does seem to be a pattern.

When you give a person/company countless chances and they ignore you -- it sends a very strong message about your intentions and what you think about your customers.

Okay, so I am very happy to report that Liz Tomey has come through on her promise and has delivered far beyond my expectations on what I purchased.

As noted in my initial complaint report, I had not gotten responses and was not receiving what I had paid for.  As it turns out, Liz had things she was dealing with that just threw everything off everywhere for a period of time -- but she's back and on track!

Liz is now back on track and delivering, and I'm truly astonished with what I am getting from her. I would also add that she is not doing this to "make it up" to me -- this is simply who she is.  She's brilliant, experienced, generous, and knowledgeable.

The Backpack products as part of the package I paid for are of Excellent Quality and simply off-the-charts! I can't believe what I've gotten for my $500.  It was far more than I had expected.

Secondly, the Coaching... Wow.  I had originally signed on to this program because I had burning questions on a number of issues and also needed strategic guidance. I have studied countless gurus and programs and have basically overwhelmed myself with too much information, so I didn't know which avenues I should take.  That's where I needed to talk to an expert like Liz.

One by one, as I would come to the next issue, I would schedule coaching sessions with Liz -- she is very responsive now! -- and I would layout my problem. Like a laser -- and still taking everything in that I laid out about my concern -- she would see right to the point, exactly what needed to be done, and how to handle it... also taking into account my style and my approach.

This is the kind of coaching I've been wanting and needing for years, and I'm very happy that I found this program with Liz.

I am also very happy that she didn't get mad at me for being upset at not getting responses previously. She said she totally understood. So on one hand, I feel badly that I complained, but on the other hand, I want to leave any readers with something that IBM used to say in their heyday.... something to the effect that you see how good a company really is with customer service when they mess up.  My hats off to Liz for totally giving me her best and not holding back because I made a complaint before.  It takes a big person to do that.

I can say now that I'm very happy I've done business with her and I would highly recommend her products and coaching. Her products and coaching are excellent, and even if there is a problem, you can count on her to come through in flying colors in the end.
