Their ad stated that for $1.99 shipping and handling, you received a grant application kit, it is officially called on their website the 'Grant Money Software Kit' and shows the software box.

I clicked the "get my money now" button which led me to a credit card form to fill out, which I did and it confirmed that they were debiting $1.99 from my account, and I also received an email of confirmation.

Then they presented a button where you could get the kit via download, so you did not have to wait for it to come via mail. I opted for that, which just led me to a webpage with a menu on the left side. The faq talks about downloads, but there were no download links to access for any kit or anything mentioned that you should have in the faq. I sent them a support email inquiring about the download link, how and where to access it. No reply came.

Then I noticed in my bank account that there was another debit charge of $18.77 withdrawn from my account. The bank checked into it and said it was done by Grants for you now, as it came exactly four seconds after the $1.99.

The bank gave me phone numbers attached to both debits. We attempted calling them all day, it would say there was a hold time of approximately ten minutes, then you would hold for thirty plus minutes just for it to come back on and say there was no representatives available to help, call back another time. It was obvious that both numbers went to the same hold system, even though the $18.77 charge had a name of Google Pro attached to it.

I finally found a Google Pro on the net and called them. They stated they did not have my name attached to any accounts, so it was not them, and they had no affiliations with any company named Grants for you now, or any other grant program/business.

I began trying the number over and over again for the Grants for you now company, and finally I got a rep. The rep told me that there were no downloads or anything that they provided for the money, they were merely a database for grants. She and her supervisor insisted upon this even as I pointed out on their own pages, told them to load their own pages, even their faq which states such, and the payment email as well, that they say they give a grant application software kit for the money, mailed or downloaded options. They just kept stating they do not, even though they could see it with their own eyes on their web pages. It got me nowhere and they do not refund.

I threatened them and told them to get the google Pro debit off my account. Which they said when you click the payment button, you agree to buy that as well, but it is not clear there on the payment page. They did say they would reverse that withdrawal, we will see though.

I just ended the phone call as it was getting me nowhere, just telling them it was false advertisement they were doing, and immediately after hanging up, I received an email that said I was canceled from my "so called" membership with them, which I never asked for a cancellation (they do not refund), I asked for the software they promised for the money and that I paid for, and instead of providing it, they have taken my money and gave me nothing.
